About This Case

NXT TRADE manages and coordinates the complete production process for DeDots in India. Design & Marketing is done by the Dutch company DeMakersVan BV in Amsterdam, while NXT TRADE takes care of the hiring and training of skilled workers, back-office administration, accountancy, process planning, production control, quality control, logistics planning, material sourcing & purchase and the over export coordination.

Results

NXT TRADE & DeMakersVan BV partnered in 2015, to set up a production facility in Bangalore (India) for the production of DeDots, coordinated by NXT TRADE. The factory opened its doors in January of 2016 and in April 2016, 3 months ahead of the deadline, a complete project production for 8500 m2 of DeDots for the Willem Alexander SportsPark in Schiedam (NL) was finished and 4 containers were on their way to Holland. Ever since, projects have been executed Designed only in Amsterdam, while being produced under the daily coordination of NXT TRADE in India.
