About This Case

Uniekaas is one of the leading cheese producers in The Netherlands. Uniekaas produces and sells its products primarily to retail chains of to hotel-restaurant-catering companies.

In 2014 Uniekaas considered the Turkish market as a new export market for its retail products. During the course of a 12 week project periode NXT Trade executed a partner search & select project during which it identified a short-list of potential retail partners. The short-listed candidates were visited by Uniekaas during which a business developer of NXT Trade supported the management team of Uniekaas with local negotiations.
