About This Case

On behalf of the Dutch Flower Group (DFG) the team of NXT TRADE made the impossible possible by the successful implementation of a Dutch export operation of fresh cut-flowers to The Netherlands to Turkish retailers. For many Dutch company both the Turkish customs operation and transport lead times make it impossible to effectively export Dutch cut-flowers to Turkey. NXT TRADE together with DFG and some Turkish retail chains developed and implemented an effective supply chain which enabled weekly shipments of fresh-flowers to be delivered by road-transport throughout various retail outlets in Turkey.
